Berlingske : Fra 2007 fik kommunerne ansvaret for at beskytte heder, enge, moser, søer og overdrev. Men praksis har vist, at de ikke magter opgaven under de nuværende rammer. KL mener, at opgaven er større end forudsat, da kommunerne fik den.
